You should concentrate your search on clarinets from the more reputable manufacturers. I’m seeing a lot of used ‘budget’ clarinets for sale on eBay. Before bidding on one of these instruments, it may be worth noting their price when new. For example a brand new Lindo clarinet will set you back around £79.99 + p&p and will come with a 12 month warranty.
